At Computers in Libraries last week, over 100 librarians packed into a corner of the exhibit hall to hear Koios CEO Trey Gordner speak on digital marketing and user experience. In his presentation, Gordner adapted an online marketing concept known as the ecommerce funnel to libraries, linking each step of the checkout process to a web metric. The overwhelming turnout has prompted Koios to submit the topic to Internet Librarian 2016 as well.
